This template outlines the rules for using the Arogyam mobile applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Arogyam Driver or Arogyam HCF mobile applications (collectively, the “Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Apps.

2. The Apps and Service Overview

The Apps are provided by Arogyam Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. (“Arogyam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Apps facilitate the tracking, collection, and weighing of biomedical waste, specifically:

  • Arogyam HCF: Used by personnel at Health Care Facilities (HCFs) to register waste containers via barcode scanning.
  • Arogyam Driver: Used by Arogyam collection personnel to verify and weigh collected waste using barcode scanning and a Bluetooth-based weighing scale..

3. User Accounts and Access

  • Pre-existing Accounts: Access to the Apps is strictly limited to individuals with a valid, pre-existing user account created by Arogyam through its web application. You cannot create a new account within the Apps..
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Arogyam immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Authorized Use Only: You warrant that you are an employee or authorized agent of a facility or service provider authorized to use the Apps for the designated purpose of biomedical waste management.

4. Use of Technology and Data

  • Barcode Scanning: The Apps require access to your device's camera to scan barcodes for waste identification.
  • Bluetooth Connectivity:The Arogyam Driver App requires Bluetooth connectivity to interface with the authorized weighing scale for accurate data recording.
  • Location Data: Apps may require access to your device's location services for tracking waste collection routes and verifying pick-up locations.
  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data entered or recorded via the Apps, including weight, barcode information, and collection status.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Apps for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including environmental and biomedical waste handling laws.
  • Use the Apps to collect or process any data other than for the intended purpose of biomedical waste management as authorized by Arogyam.
  • Share your account access with any unauthorized party.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain access to the source code of the Apps.

6. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including all content, features, and functionality (including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio), are and will remain the exclusive property of Arogyam Waste Management Pvt. Ltd.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
